1.2. We will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation, after we receive and process your request.
1.3. In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
1.4. After we receive your guarantee deposit, След като получим сумата по гарантиращият депозит, your reservation will be considered as valid and finally CONFIRMED.
2.1. Check-in and check-out hours:
- Check-in: after 14:00h.
- Check-our: untill 12:00h.
Accommodation at the hotel is made after the submission of personal documents proving the identity of the guest. The data you provide are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the the established requirements of the Law on Tourism. This information will only be used in connection with your reservation and will not be provided for other purposes.
2.2. Children under 7 years old are accommodated free of charge in the presence of two full paying adults.
2.3. Pets are not allowed.
3.1. Hotel Kremen accepts the following payment methods:

4.1. Prices for hotel nights are determined according to the current price list.
4.2. The hotel has the right to set prices other than those stated in the price list for public holidays and other periods expressly set by the hotel.
6.1. Spa Hotel Kremen undertakes to provide the hotel guests with the full amount of services they have requested and paid for.
6.2. Amounts for services requested but not used wholly or partly by the fault of the hotel guests are not refundable.
6.3. Spa Hotel Kremen is not responsible for any damages caused by actions of third parties.
6.4. All complaints regarding the quality of the paid services must be made by the client on site at the hotel in order to remedy the weaknesses.
6.5. All hotel rates are in Bulgarian levs with VAT and tourist tax.
6.6. The hotel is not responsible for:
stolen items from rooms that are stored outside the personal safe in each room;
the hotel’s restaurants, swimming pool or wellness center;
for damage caused by third parties.
